Personal coaching     During our coaching calls you will talk about what you want and why you want it. When you have this clarity it brings you to your center or to the vibration of your Core (or intuition). When you vibrate in harmony with your center or core you then have the perspective of your Inner Being. My coaching will give you this perspective on every call. This is the power of my coaching.   My intention as a coach and mentor is to help you raise and maintain a high inner vibration, staying in inspired action for every call. A clear distinction in my coaching is that I assist you in determining what is important and fun for you to be doing in your life and business. This allows for the laws of attraction to work in your favor. Equally important, we will discover what is not working for you and what would be beneficial to cease doing. Your life becomes much easier if you stop doing the destructive actions that have become a pattern for you. This is huge and allows for much greater ease in life as opposed to more work. Work less make more money and feel better.   You are a vibrational being. You have streams of energy that circulate within you. It is the motion and energy of these meridians that acupuncturists manipulate. With needles appropriately placed, there is a soothing, energizing or removal of any obstruction to these currents of energy. This restores the meridians to their proper flow. Bodily functions are then improved and you feel better as a result of your energy alignment. But it doesn’t end there. You have energy fields that reach beyond the covering of your skin. I am sure you have experienced the ability to read when someone is in your energy field as well as sensing how their energy feels to you. Although well documented, as a culture we haven’t been encouraged to honor this awareness as “real”. My coaching gives you an experience of higher vibration. Every cell in your body also has a vibrational energy. Each cell is influenced by outside forces; not only the energetic molecules of food, drink and the environment, but the molecules produced by your thoughts and emotions as well. My coaching will teach you how to honor this awareness. This is the power of my coaching. As you think or focus on negative thoughts; financial stress, guilt, deadlines or distaste for someone or something - your body and mind goes weak in response. You are then unable to make clear, healthy decisions. The vibration of the negative thought then has influence on every aspect of your life ie: health, wealth, relationships and even your mechanical tools. When in turn you think of something positive: gratitude, forgiveness, acceptance, understanding and love - the body and mind strengthens. Even imagining an unforeseen blessing arriving as a result of a sticky situation can change the body’s interpretation of the event. It is a dramatic demonstration of the effect of your thoughts on your well-being. My coaching has this effect on you. With every call we measure for success in your life no matter what the direct evidence looks like. I will help you discover what is working and focus on that so the higher levels of vibration can have their positive effects. Three coaching programs: 1. Personal Abundance Coaching Program: These personal in-depth healing sessions will awaken truth within you on every level. There are three 45 minute - one on one sessions per month. These calls are for you and I honor every minute of every call with you. With that said, you may also invite anyone you choose to have on your calls such as staff, family, or partner. I am clear that every call is for you to discover what is important and vital to your having a joyous and abundant life. Fee: $795.00 per month (Six-month commitment) 2. Advanced Focused Coaching Program: This method of coaching is for the person who already has achieved a higher level of personal and professional success, and has very specific goals or challenges to address. The sessions are in-depth, highly focused, fast-paced and deliberate. There is no commitment other than the three calls. However I have many people who use this method regularly. They schedule a call every month to keep their focus and clarity on purpose. Fee: $795.00 for three calls (to be used within a one-year period) 3. Interactive Teleconference Coaching Program: This weekly forum will provide a support system to increase your practice and the joy in your life. Calls are set up in an interactive format with topics chosen by Dr. Lenny to guide each participant in developing their business and personal goals. This group forum also offers the opportunity to interact with other professionals and share knowledge, wisdom and networking.
